Quintin is not a theorist perched in abstraction. He’s a husband and father of four, with two decades of boots-on-the-ground experience serving with The Navigators. His journey has been shaped by long conversations over coffee with young leaders, countless small-group Bible studies, and the often-unseen work of helping others follow Jesus more deeply. More recently, he earned a Master of Arts in Leadership from Denver Seminary, sharpening his ability to integrate systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and organizational theory with gospel-centered ministry. What he offers here is more than content; it’s a lifeline for those navigating the pressures and possibilities of leadership in a rapidly changing world.
